TERMS & CONDITIONS / WAIVER: In participating in the Dubai Little League Baseball and Softball program, my child and I (on behalf of myself and our family members) recognize and ACCEPT THE RISKS OF INJURY, DAMAGE, LOSS AND EXPOSURE TO PATHOGENS, whether accidental or intentional, and whether from the actions of players, coaches, umpires or anyone else, and whether as a player, volunteer or spectator. To participate in this program, I RELEASE on behalf of myself, my child and our family members the Dubai Little League organization and its directors, officers, sponsors, players, coaches, umpires, volunteers and spectators from any liability or claims for any injury, damage, loss or disease that I, my child or any family member might incur during or in connection with a Dubai Little League event. We GIVE UP ALL OUR RIGHTS TO SUE OR TO MAKE CLAIMS for such injury, damage, loss or disease against any such person, whether due in negligence or for any other reason whatsoever. Additionally, I understand that at least one parent or other designated responsible adult should be present at any Dubai Little League event in which my child participates, to AUTHORIZE ANY MEDICAL TREATMENT required in the event of injury or medical problem. If I or the responsible adult is not present, I AUTHORIZE treatment deemed necessary, will REIMBURSE Dubai Little League for any medical expenses incurred, and will RELEASE Dubai Little League and the involved individuals from any claims or liabilities related to their decisions, acts or omissions regarding such injury or medical problem.

REFUND POLICY: Except in the case of double-charges, refunds will not be accommodated. Please ensure all questions and concerns are addressed prior to your executing payment for the season.
