Joaquinne Marahay, age 7, threw the first pitch for the Senior Softball game last Friday. Joaquinne is the youngest player in Junior Softball.
Joaquinne was born in Dubai but she calls Guimaras, Philippines "home". She has played at DLL for three years, starting at T-ball to Peewee and now with Junior Softball playing for the Ducks. She loves outdoor activities that include family adventures and loves drawing. A cool fact: Joaquinne is the youngest to do the zip lines at Toro Verde Jebel Jais RAK which she accomplished just this past December.
We are so proud of these young players!
Joining Joaquinne are two of the oldest players in Senior Softball: Crimson's Mikoto Kumano (age 18) and Joaquinne's sister from the Tigers, Julianna Marahay (age 17)
